Passing multiple records in stored procedures

How do you pass multiple records in a stored procedure in Oracle 7.3? I'm trying to pass a recordset to VB5 but can't seem to find a parameter type of recordset in Oracle to put in the parameters section of the stored procedure. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
