Oracle Enterprise Manager backup questions

I am running Oracle 8.04 under NT Server 4.0 with service pack 3. I am using the Oracle Enterprise Manager to perform my database backups. I have scheduled the backups to run daily and write the backup files to disk.

Everything works fine, but I was wondering if there is any automatic way to delete old copies of the backup files? Every night new backup files get copied to disk, so I am manually deleting some of the old backup files every now and then. Is there a way to tell Enterprise Manager to delete old files after a successful backup, or to only save the last 3 files, or something to that effect?

Also, my OracleAgent80 service seems to go down on the NT Server every few days for no obvious reason. It is running under the system account with automatic startup, so I don't know why it goes down like this. Has anyone else encountered this sort of problem?

Please email any replies as well as posting to this group. Thanks for your help!
