Storing Image files in the database

Hi.



I want to store image files in an Oracle 7.3.x database.  I have no idea
how to either get them into the database or retrieve thm from the
database so that they can be later viewed in a browser.  The image file
types may vary (JPG, BMP, GIF etc).



Does anyone know where I can get information on the Web on how to
manipulate BLOBs?
