Reading a LONG RAW in ORACLE 7.3

I have the following problem:
We store audio files (.wav) into a LONG RAW type of field. The next step is reading these LONG RAW fields and creating the original audio file again because we want to use it.
How do I read those LONG RAW fields and How do I get the original format back again.
