Trying to connect to an Oracle database

When connecting to an Oracle database, the connection fails with the fallowing error:
[DBNOTFOUND] No access library for 'mdbord.dll'.

When connecting to an Oracle database, the connection fails with the fallowing error:
[DBNOTFOUND] No access library for 'mdbord.dll'.
I'm using Enterprise server 3.0, and Oracle7 server 7.3.2 Can anybody tell me why I get this error message and what should I do, knowing that 'mdbord.dll' exists and the path to it is included in the system PATH environment variable.
