Oracle*Mail Client

Does anybody know where I can get the Oracle*Mail Client.

I really do need this in one of my pl*sql scripts (otherwhise I'll have to write an extra c++ program).

We have practically all CD-Roms from Oracle but Oracle*Mail Client doesn't seem to be on any of 'm
