Form4.5 Question.

I am new to Oracle Form 4.5 and I have some questions when I writing an application.
I am currently using solaris 2.5.1 as my OS and Oracle 7.3.2.1 Server.
Recently, I have written an application in ANSI C to get some data from
another software.
Now , I want to use this executable, which will retrun some character
information, in my SQL Form 4.5 form.
What I want to do is press a button in the form, call that executable,
and display the value return from that C program.
Do u know what function I can use in order to do this. I have tried to
use "ORA_FFI" but it seems
not work. Do anyone know how to deal with this porblem ?
