Multiple SIDs on Windows NT

Please can somebody tell me if I can run multiple SIDs simultaneously on NT server. I think you can but as you have to change the ORACLE_SID parameter of the ORACLE key in the registry, how is the possible. I know you can start services for different SIDs and then I gues you would have to change the listener.
