How UNINSTALL Oracle 8/NT ???

HELP!!! For one reason or another my current Oracle 8/NT installation won't run. This is about the fifth install, and there are a zillion service entries in Services and about four different sets of cascading menus. How do I uninstall Oracle and start over? There seems to be Oracle crap all over my system, but nothing in the Add/Remove programs.
