Oracle Replication & Workgroup Server

Is it possible to use Oracle symmetric replication features between Oracle Workgroup Server 8.0.3 and Oracle Enterprise Server 8.0.3? I need to configure Workgroup Server as an updatable snapshot site. I know this is perfectly easy to do using Personal Oracle, but does Workgroup server provide this capability? Should we buy any additional options in order to use updatable snapshots?
