Oracle Apps in HA environment

Hi, we are about to set up Oracle Apps 10.7 Prod 16.1 DB 7.3.3.4  in a
HA environment on IBM RS6000 servers . Has anyone done this before and
if so any hints etc. Also we are looking at splitting out the concurrent
manager processing so that this takes place on one server while the
other server handles the db processing. Any thoughts on how best to do
this?
