Oracle on Netware Help!!!

I am a DBA with 10+ years of VMS and Ingres experience but no practical Oracle experience or training. I was handed an Oracle database running on Netware 4.1 with no docs to speak of.

I need to get up to speed on the Oracle Workgroup Server but all the books I bought so far (Oracle The Complete Reference, Oracle A Beginners Guide, and Oracle DBA Handbook) make no mention of how to do things on a Netware server. I have enough netware experience so that is not a problem.

What I specifically want to learn is how to create a new database and copy the existing database into it so I can have a backup and training database.

If you can help I would appreciate either direct help or book names so I can get going on this. Thanks in advance.
