Using IS-Express with Oracle SQL*Net

Is it possible to integrate the installation of Oracle SQL*Net Client with InstallShield Express (or any installshield whatsoever) ?

I'm trying to distribute my client application, which includes both program files and needs an Installation of Oracle SQL*Net on the computer. However, it is fairly difficult to send the users both an oracle installer (which is a huge installation for itself) and my Installshielded product as well...
