Outputting ' using WOW

I need to output the following line using PL/SQL through WOW (Web Oracle
Web):
onChange="create_description (elements['noun'], elements['adjective1'],
elements['adjective2']);"
Unfortunately, I have to have both single (') and double (") quote characters contained within it. Is there a way of "quoting" the ' so it will be output properly?
