Oracle8 - Do you have to pay extra for partitioned tables ?

With the release of Oracle 8.0.4 Oracle have un-bundled some features included in 8.0.3 production release. This may cover the very useful Partitioned table feature. Anyone have news on what features are now NEW options and the pricing model being used.
