You need 'Oracle PL/SQL Programming' by Steven Feuerstein, published  by O'Reilly.

Be sure to get the 2nd edition. It is a great book. I got the first edition before it hit the stores ( I snagged a promo copy from O'Reilly )

Learning PL/SQL without it would have been a real drag.
