Tao, try this to create a database instance called 'TEST' with software mirrored redo log files.
create database TEST
maxinstances 8 maxlogfiles 32 maxlogmembers 4 maxdatafiles 255 character set "US7ASCII"
datafile '/oracle/systemTEST1.dbf' size 50M logfile
group 1 ('/redo1/redoTEST_g1_m1.rdo', '/redo1/redoTEST_g1_m2.rdo') size 5M, group 2('/redo2/redoTEST_g2_m1.rdo' '/redo2/redoTEST_g2_m2.rdo') size 5M
controlfile reuse;
