The Oracle DBA Handbook (ISBN 0-07-881182-1) from Oracle Press covers this. If the answer isn't immediately obvious, you can send the report on to Oracle Technical Support. This is one of the things that they are pretty good at. They usually get back to you in about 24 hours.
