While I have not run Oracle Forms with a touchscreen, I have used touchscreens on a number of other applications. Most of the touchscreens available today provide drivers which make the touchscreen appear as a mouse in the Windows environment. This should make the fact that you are using a touchscreen transparent to Oracle Forms.

Two things to keep in mind with touchscreens. The first is that click and drag operations can be somewhat more difficult to perform than with a mouse. Secondly, be sure to space the elements on the screen far enough apart so that someone with BIG fingers (or even thumbs) can easily select one form element from the one next to it.
