For Immediate Release

October 28, 1997 (Loveland, Colorado) -- CEC Services, LLC announced today completion of Report Accounts [RA] version 1.2. RA is the fastest known, full-featured relational database accounting system. Included is full reporting of accounting instruments. An additional product is Report Accounts for Inventory / Point of Sale [POS] with full reporting.

RA is now available for Microsoft Access97 and for USoft Developer. The USoft Developer version supports DB2, Informix, Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase, and ORACLE and runs on any hardware platform supported by those vendors.

RA is a core accounting database, which supports double- and triple-entry bookkeeping. (Triple-entry bookkeeping uses debits, credits, and trebits to support Momentum Accounting, now taught in graduate level courses.)

RA with full reporting and POS contains only 9-tables, 32-columns, 4- relationships, and less than 100-lines of code in Structured Query Language [SQL92]. (A line of SQL code is defined as any line beginning with a SQL keyword, such as AND, AS, and IN.) The reason for so few lines of SQL code is due to the extensive analysis, design, and testing phases which took over 3-years to complete.

RA outperforms any other real time accounting software. RA comes pre loaded with user-defined logic for Standard General Ledger [SGL], required for use throughout the Government.

The RA POS product comes preloaded with logic for the following inventory designations: vendor; alternate vendor; last date received; department; description; make; model; maximum number order to; minimum number order at; number of items in standard packaging; item count; cost price; retail price; wholesale price; cross-reference item number; composite link item number; serial number; location 1; location 1.1; and location 1.1.1. The user may program any designations, making RA POS truly a generic, portable, and scalable inventory product easily usable and adaptable in virtually any vertical market requring any type of accounting such as this diverse list: restaurant, hospitality, hotel, automotive parts, travel, dry goods, retail, medical, hospital, etc.
