What do I need for Oraperl?

I am using Oracle v7.3.2. I want to install Oraperl. What do I need to grab and install. I already have Perl 5.003 running. I got oraperl v2.4. Is this the correct version or is there something else I should be using?

Should I use the DBD and DBI modules instead and not Oraperl?

I need help as soon as possible.
