There are a number of products available, for just about any budget. We just finished looking at 3 and selected InfoPump from Platinum. The other that impressed me was DataStage by Vmark. Both would have met our needs, InfoPump has been around longer. Most of these products are sold as 'data warehouse' products because they will handle the data extraction and transformation needed for a DW.

DB replication tools are available, but I'm assuming that you have dissimilar DBs and data structures. If you're copying data from one place to another most of the major DB vendors offer replication and distribution products, either as add ons or built into the product.

Of course, you could always copy the data to flat files, then load it into the target DB.
