Andrea, I'm assuming that you CAN get access to Designer as the Repository owner (you had to install and create a repository as someone :) Having created your Oracle user(s) and logged on to Designer as the Repository Owner, go into the Admin Utility. This allows you to grant/revoke access to Designer (and Designer only). Next, the Navigator allows us to "link" the users to a project if you wish, or create a new one etc. Look for "Grant access by Application / User" in the Application Menu.
