? Have you used IBI SmartMode for query governoring ?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has used the guery governor sold by IBI called SmartMode. It seems (from the marketing foils) that it can do lots of good things.

I appreciate any feedback you have about this tool or any other governor.
