WANTED: OCI Help File

I am looking for an OCI help file that I can use while in MSVC. I have tried looking all over the net and in the Personal Oracle 7.3 CD and I have not been able to find any help file. I can not stand the Adobe PDF that Oracle ships for OCI help.
