This is in regards to an Oracle database located on a Novell 4.1 network.
The file system is NDS. Oracle claims security through operating system
authentication (OAS) via the Oracle NDS adapter and the Oracle Netware
administrator plug-in.
If someone attempts an outside direct connection to the Oracle database
using SQL*NET and the oracle.ini file, would they be able to successfully
bypass the NDS security features?
Anyone?
