Oracle 7.3 and Win 3.1.

I had two working Pro-C apps running Oracle 7.1.
Relinked due to new Oracle 7.3 DLL's.
When I start the two app's it works OK. When one
app terminates the remaining looses contact with
the database. Same for ODBC-app's. SAME WITH ORACLES
ODBC_QUERY AND ORACLES SAMPLE APPS.
I run Win 3.1 (16-bits). I run SQL-Net 2.3. NT4 server.
I can see the (client apps) top DLL's *unloads*
when the first app terminates.
Oracle support cannot tell why.
Please give me a hint.
