You need some middleware which will bridge between SQL*NET and CGI if you want a 'live' link - there are various products on offer. Sun have recently anounced an interface from Java to an ODBC compliant database (which Oracle can be). Alternatively it could be done with batches of data in text files and a more conventional CGI language such as C or PERL.
