I went to an Oracle seminar last week. Although June/July was given as the 'production' date, general rollout was expected to move to August/September, and even then that didn't seem to include PO. Best to check with Oracle for precise details, but unless you can wait for up to 6 months, I suggest you get a 7.3 version.
