The most easy way is to export the file into an DIF-File with header. After that you can Import this DIF-File into a DATABASE ( e. g. Access, Lotus Approach ). Lotus Approach has no data-format on its own. It is using dBase and others. If you define an new Approach Database with the same field as your OA3 file you will have a dbase-file at the same moment.
