unbound variable curprod_name

Hi,

We have installed oracle server 7.3.2.1 on a Sun Solaris machine, running orainst to install the patch which upgrades from oracle server 7.3.2.1 to 7.3.2.2 we ran into the following problem: Notification:
rdbms.vrf(2443): Unbound variable
'curprod_name'

and we haven't figured out how to fix this problem. Has anyone encountered a similar situation?
