ODBC Error ORA-00960

We are using Oracle with SAP. We also have a lot of users accessing Oracle through ODBC using Microsoft Access. All of a sudden the following error is cropping up:
[Oracle ODBC Oracle Driver Oracle O C]ORA-00960: ambiguous column naming in select list (#960)
I've looked at the query and it looks pretty straightforward -- just one table and three columns. Any ideas??
