Well, two things:

  1. I wanted to nest the next posting to see how deep it could actually go.
  2. Regarding the topic: Put enough of your work out to the public domain before you go to the next contract, then, if you want to use it somewhere else, you can claim the idea is already out there as a public domain tool or product. Chances are nobody will use it, or understand it besides you anyway. Set up a website so you can access your stuff over the web without having to load it via diskette. In fact, set up a web library of your source code, so you can take what you need when you need it...
