DIRECTOR, DATA MODELING (NORTHERN, NJ) The Company: a $2.2Billion, consumer product corporation The Location: North Bergen, NJ
The Salary: $70K - $90K, (bonus range: 20% - 25%)

The Position: An experienced manager with strong business analysis is needed to manage and direct the user requirement gathering and data model development for the transformation of our technology and business platforms to Client/Server.

Tools: LBMS, Oracle, various DSS Tools and strong Project Management

The team, eight (8) data modelers and (5) business specialists will be responsible for defining user requirements at the same time that the new technology and business standards are being implemented to a new HP-UX and Oracle Platform.

A strong project management background is required, as well as, the ability to construct data models for RAD/JAD/JIT processes.
