WGS7.3 / SCO UNIX Installation Issue

If you attempt to install Oracle WGS 7.3 on SCO UNIX 5 with your X Window graphics set at anything above 256 colors, you will get the following error message shortly after starting the installation process, and the installation will fail:
User Interface Failure: Window System Startup Installation Cancelled...
By setting the X Window environment down to 256 colors, your installation should proceed without encountering this problem. Oracle Tech Support advises that the WGS installation is designed to *only* work with VGA-640x480:256, but I was successful at getting the installer to work OK at SVGA-800x600:256.
It appears that the number of colors is the issue, not the resolution. If you experience difficulties, try VGA-640x480:256.
