SQLNET V1 with Win 3.11 and 95 Microsoft TCP/IP stack?

Is it possible to run Version 1 Sqlnet TCP/IP with:



    
  
  1.   Microsoft 3.11 Vxd TCP/IP stack?
  
  2.   Microsoft Win 95 TCP/IP stack?






When we run the oracle installer (3.0.9.5.1) with the version of SQLNET 
V1 that we've got (1.1.7.10.4), only Microsoft TCPIP V1 (Lan Dos?) and 
NT stack show up as choices.  I know SQLNET Version 2 works (I've done 
it).
