ORacle default for SQLNET V1 TCP is -> orasrv 1525/tcp.

For SQLneT V2 is                     ->  Listener 1521/tcp.

If you remake your libclntsh.sl and osntab* files you can change the defaults.

You can change them in the services file but make sure you change them in your listener.ora, tnsnames.ora file. Also, for any sqlnet v1 people, use tcpctl start port=portnumbe (1525,153,9999) etc.. at startup.
