I have no NSDW.DLL in my Win95, but I use Dev 2000 for Win95 with Personal Oracle 7.2 for Win95.

You can't run Personal Oracle 7.1 for Win3.1, you can run only PO 7.2 for Win95 on Win95!

If you wanto use Dev2000 for Win3.1 on WOW of Win95, Dev 2000 connects to PO7.2 for Win95 by SQL*Net, so, required pruducts are SQL*Net TCP/IP client 2.1 for Win3.1 and SQL*Net TCP/IP Add-on 2.2 for Win95 with PO 7.2. You must install each products on two different directories. ie. The ORACLE_HOME for Win3.1 and that for Win95 must be separated from each others. And, you must set up tnsnames.ora for Win3.1 and listener.ora for Win95.

If you wanto use Dev2000 for Win95 on Win95 native, you can use Dev2000 with local database on '2:' connect string. But, don't install SQL*Net 2.3 client! PLS install SQL*Net 2.2 if your system needs SQL*Net.
