Need Info on how to put MsAccess DB on WEB and srch w/ only Netscape Browser

I want to get any info on exactly how to put an MsAccess DB on a web server (internal) and search it only with an Netscape browser 3.0 and retain the same fields in MsAccess. I've kind of looked at Dbweb and others like Cold Fusion, etc. However, they require the user to have a DB program and they us ODBC. I need to know if I can put the software I'm requesting on any web server or do I have to put it on a fully dedicated Web server. Help! I need fully detailed info on everything I need from software to hardware. Again this is what I want, Is it available or possible? I want to put an MsAccess DB on an internal Web Server and search it only with Netscape Navigator 3.0
