BASIS Plus & SQL Database (Simultaneous access)

If you are looking for a graphical (Mac and Windows) C/S development environment that is able to access simultaneously to a BASIS database and a SQL database, you should perhaps have a look at Eclipse Builder for Basis (www.cornut.fr)
