Info on ETS/Chauncey DBA Exam Needed

Hi Everyone,

 I am interested in taking the Oracle7 Database Administration (DBA) exam offered by ETS/Chauncey Group.

(1) Can anyone tell me their experience, if this certification really

    matters to potential employers?

(2) Any good tips for preperation, like going through Oracle Concepts
Manual very well?

(3) Any place where I can get sample test questions. I could not get
any sample tests from ETS.

(4) Any agencies which have CBT's which help in preparing for the exam.

    I have already gone through Oracle's DBA-1 and DBA-2 training.
