Please use comp.databases.oracle.tools for forms-related questions.

Assuming you will be moving to Forms 4.5, change the date format mask to DD-MON-RR. If you aren't moving to F45, then you can write a function to set the century properly. (I can send you a copy of mine if you want).

Either way, you are going to have to 'update all of those forms'.
