Oracle and Solaris 2.5

Good Morning,

We are considering migrating our database servers from Sun OS 4.1.3 and Solaris 2.4 to all Solaris 2.5; anyone know of any gotchas that we should be on the lookout for? We are currently running RDBMS 7.1.6.4 but will be migrating soon to 7.3

Any info. would be appraciated. Thanks.
