Help Placing Large Database on Net

I need to place a large database on the web. The database is ascii text with individual records identified by number. Each record contains five felds and a large text file. The search should return a list of record numbers/record titles which match the search criteria and then be able to hyper-link to the record. The database is about 165 Gbytes of information currently stored on CD ROMs.

I was considering using a NT 4.0 server with 18 9GB hard drives. The hardware I have speced at about $40,000.

Can someone recommend a company which can provide the necessary services to assist me in this task. How much would it cost (ball park)to set-up the server/database/web page?
