Disk arrangements for Oracle

What is the suggested disk arrangement for an Oracle 7.x database on Windows NT 4.0? Raid 5? Mirrored? A few large drives? Many small drives? Vendors of Ultra-Wide SCSI adaptors? Vendors of Ultra-Wide SCSI drives?

Oracle themselves won't say much as far as vendors are concerned.
