Yeah right. This is just what I needed ! Before you read any further, let me warn you that I am one, *really really pissed off* Oracle support customer. More than a month ago we bought Oracle Mercury support and since then have been trying to register for it on their web page at : http://support.us.oracle.com/OracleMERCURY/register.shtml almost every single day. The following is what we have been getting for our money :

We are unable to process your registration at this time as this CSI is not licensed for any products in the support set. If you feel you have reached this message in error, please feel free to submit your registration again or contact your Oracle Sales Representative or your local support center to verify your support information.

I have tried calling several times and have been given a tar# and everytime I am promised that it will be fixed right away and sure enough I still get the same error. I have sent email to a dozen people including the people who handle Mercury registration and my sales rep several times and I still do it every morning before getting out of bed and this problem has not been fixed to this day.

All I needed was someone trying to advertise Oracle support services.
