Client for Windows - HELP

Our company has an Oracle db on an HPUX server. I would like to know where I can get the Windows client for this server so I can connect to it using SQL*Plus to use for testing SQL queries on it. I can connect to it by telneting into our server and run SQL from there, but I would prefer to be able to work straight from the Windows environment.
