First, please use comp.databases.oracle.tools for Forms questions.

It sounds like you are trying to run the forms on a different pc that is using a completely different display resolution. I don't have access to D2k 1.3, so I can't be sure of this.

On the machine where the forms look so bad, try changing the monitor resolution to more closely match your other monitors. We use 800x600 on 17" monitors, and 640x480 on 14" monitors. I'll bet your bad display is using something higher than 1024x768.
