I don't think you can use Access 2.0 (16 bit) with a 32 bit ODBC driver and 32 bit SQL*Net (2.3 doesn't come in a 16 bit version anymore afaik). It is no problem, however, to use 16 bit SQL*net and a 16 bit ODBC driver on a 32 bit platform like NT or Win95.
Make sure you use all 16 bit components when using Access version 2.0.
