Help! If condition....

Hi! I have a Oracle Form question for who can solve my question.

My question is : I am developing a search system by using the Oracle Form. In this system, I have ten search criteria items. I would like to develop this system to allow the user doing multiple criteria search. So is there any other way that I can do but not using the (If one is not null then....

                                  elsif one is not null
                                   and two is not null then....
                                  elsif one is not null
                                   and two is not null
                                   and three is not null then....
                                  elsif .......

this is going to have 1*10 + 2*10 ....10*10 combination.
